Restorative Home Care only hires Certified Nursing Assistants ("CNAs"), CBRF Certified Caregivers, and Companions who demonstrate the ability to care for your loved one as if they were their own parents or grandparents. With this approach we have found that not only do your loved ones have a much higher satisfaction rate with our Caregivers, but they also feel comfortable with the entire Restorative approach.
As a Geriatric Social Worker, I began referring clients to RHC approximately 8 years ago. The owner(s) and administrative staff have been extremely helpful, listening to client needs and concerns. Any of those issues were addressed in a professional and timely manner. Caregivers were attentive and always seemed to genuinely have the clients best interest in mind.
When the time came for me to hire assistance for my own mother in April 2021, I did not consider any option other than RHC. The staff remained committed to cover the hours my mother needed even as those increased on rather short notice. Caregivers assisted her with personal cares, meals, and companionship. As a result, my mom thought fondly of a number of the caregivers as they treated her with respect and dignity.
